But when I contacted the support team, they quickly guided me on the correct usage. Later, I bought a MagSafe-compatible cover, and now the grip is super strong and stable. The magnetic hold seems to be strong.. however the portion holding the magnet is stuck using not so adhesive 2 way tape causing the assembly to fall off. Support seems good and have assured me of a replacement. I will write another review once I receive it.

It will help to shoot from deferent angles , the quality of view video is increased. It will fix on any smooth surface . Additionally got one sticking pad to fix mobile holder in non smooth surface. I placed that pad in my car dashboard. Super useful gadget 👍🏻
