At MagicPic, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality and reliable products. If you face any issues, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return process.

✅ Return Window

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (if any).
An unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The unboxing video must:

Be continuous, without cuts or edits
Clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, and product inside
Be recorded from the moment the package is opened

⚠️ Special Condition (Pet Hair Remover Products)

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.
Returns due to dislike, change of mind, or “not as described” are not eligible.

🚚 Partial COD Orders (Important)

For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where an advance amount of ₹99 is collected:

The ₹99 advance amount is non-refundable in case of RTO (Return to Origin) due to non-acceptance, refusal, or failed delivery.
This amount is used to cover logistics, packaging, and courier handling charges.

💰 Refund Processing

Refunds (if approved) will be processed after product inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or damage.
